SGT Plumbing is a family-owned plumbing business based in Pearcedale, installing heat pump hot water systems across the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port.
We help homeowners replace ageing gas and electric hot water systems with an energy-efficient heat pump. Whether your current system has stopped working or you’re planning to move away from gas, we assess your existing setup and recommend a system suited to your household’s hot water needs.
As an approved Solar Victoria hot water rebate retailer, we manage the rebate process for eligible customers. Applicable rebates are provided as point-of-sale discounts on your invoice, reducing the upfront amount you pay.
We arrange the complete installation, including the plumbing and electrical work, so you have one team coordinating the job.
Led by licensed plumber Chris Moroney, with Kate managing the office, we focus on practical advice, clear quotes and tidy work. Once your heat pump is installed, we explain how to use it and answer any questions.

CHECK YOUR AREA
Enter your suburb or postcode to see whether SGT Plumbing services your area.
SGT Plumbing says it applies eligible rebates and incentives as an upfront discount, handles the rebate paperwork it is allowed to submit, guides you through your part of the application and identifies which rebates and incentives your home is eligible for. Which rebates apply depends on the scheme and on your home, and some steps can only be done by you whatever an installer offers, so ask which ones apply to your job.

Done properly, you stop thinking about it. The heating just works, the hot water is there in the morning, and winter costs less than it used to.
