Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans run for the 12 months you’ve paid for.
What happens if I cancel?
Your listing returns to Standard and stays live. Your Premium features are removed, and you can upgrade again anytime.
Are enquiries sent to anyone else?
No. Enquiries from your listing are sent directly to your business. We don’t sell or distribute the same enquiry to multiple businesses.
Do I need to service all of Australia?
No. You choose the suburbs, regions, states or service radius your business actually covers.
What will I actually be charged?
$149/month, or $1490/year. That is the whole amount, with nothing added at the checkout, and an invoice provided for each payment.
Who can manage our listing?
Your authorised team can manage the listing through the Business Portal. You can use a shared business inbox or give access to the people who need it.
What do I need to do after upgrading to Premium?
Very little. Complete your listing and we’ll enable your Premium features, including your enhanced listing and AI assistant.
What does Premium actually do that Standard doesn’t?
Premium gives your business more visibility across Upgrade My Home, more ways to build trust with homeowners, and more tools to turn listing visits into enquiries – including completed projects, the labelled Premium band and your AI assistant.
Do homeowners see competitors on my Premium listing?
No. Your Premium listing is focused on your business, with no competitor promotions placed on the page.
